Information on the voucher, new merchandise store & ordering process

In our (new) novaCapta Merchandise Store you will find products with many new designs as of today. And with your voucher you can pick out something you like straight away. Follow the steps below and note these instructions:

Your voucher

  • The voucher has a value of €40.00
  • You can only use the voucher (code) once
  • The voucher (code) can only be redeemed for novaCapta products
  • The voucher (code) can be redeemed until 28 February 2025

Instructions and important notes on redeeming the voucher & ordering

  1. First open this website and sign in at the top right by clicking on ‘Enter using password’ (PW: tgg_merch), if asked, use your novaCapta e-mail address as the ‘user’.

  2. Then go to the novaCapta-Store

  3. Select your desired product(s), check the size information in the size chart (returns are not possible! See also FAQs) and place them in the shopping basket, then proceed to check-out.

  4. When checking out, enter the following details in the form fields:
    1. Your e-Mail adress
    2. Enter your (private) address as the delivery address at ‘Delivery’ (Please check that the data in each field is correct. For example: your postcode is only entered in the ‘Postal code’ field and not in another field - check this especially if you are using ‘Autofill’. Because: If the entry is incorrect, the order will not be processed, but error message ‘Delivery address does not fulfil the formal requirements of the parcel services’ will only appear in the backend).
    3. You must enter the novaCapta address as the billing address under ‘Billing address’. Enter ‘novaCapta GmbH’ in the Company field, 'Im Mediapark 5c' in the adress field, '50670' as postal code and 'Cologne’ as the city. Use your first and last name in the ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ fields. 
    4. Under ‘Payment’, select the option ‘Voucher’ and enter the code ‘novaCaptaXmas2024’ (without quotation marks). You should then see that the amount has been reduced in the cost and product overview on the right-hand side. 
  5. Complete the checkout process.

1. When is the last day to place an order?

The Christmas voucher (code) can be redeemed until 28 February 2025.

2. Can I use the voucher code multiple times? For example, to place two orders of €20 each?

No, that is not possible. Once you have placed your order using the voucher code, you cannot use the code again -- even if you did not use the full voucher value with your first order.

3. Can I exchange/return the ordered product?

It depends.

Returning or exchanging the product because you don’t like it or because the size is incorrect is NOT possible, as these are customized items that are only produced after an order is placed. For this reason, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Therefore, please make sure to carefully check the size specifications in the size chart provided on the respective product page before placing your order.

However, clear manufacturing or processing defects are valid reasons for a complaint. If the ordered product is damaged (e.g., has a hole), it can be claimed, and you will receive a replacement. In such cases, please contact us via email, including photos of the product clearly showing the damage or defect: [email protected]

4. I want to order products worth more than €40.00. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to place an order exceeding €40.00. The remaining amount, after the Christmas voucher code is applied, will automatically be deducted from your next salary.

5. I cannot find a design on a certain product, in a certain colour or in a certain size.

All designs are available in a ‘coloured version’ as well as in an ‘inverted’ (= white) version to ensure they are legible on both lighter and darker background colors. The size and placement of the design may vary depending on the product and the clothing size.
The basic colours depend on the product, i.e. a color available for a T-shirt might not be available for a hoodie. Additionally, it’s possible that a specific background color or clothing size might be temporarily unavailable in the shop.

6. What are the production and delivery times?

The products are manufactured after the order is placed, so they are not ‘in stock’. After the order is placed, 1-5 business days are required for production and fulfilment (95% of orders are shipped within 48 hours), followed by the delivery time.
The delivery time within Germany is approx. 1-3 business days; deliveries within the EU usually take 2-5 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country.

Information about production time (printing + fulfilment):

  • Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (UTC+1) are counted for the current business day.
  • The same applies to orders shipped by 18:00 (UTC+1).
Examples

Example 1:

  • Order received: Friday, 10.00 p.m.
  • Shipped: Monday, 3 p.m.
  • = Production time: 1 business day

Example 2:

  • Order received: Tuesday, 11:00 a.m.
  • Shipped: Friday, 3 p.m.
  • = Production time: 4 business days
7. Is shipping to EU countries (e.g., Latvia, Austria, Denmark) possible?

Yes, it is. Simply select the appropriate country in the "Country" field when entering the delivery address. (Please note that delivery times may vary. See the section "Production and Delivery Times" for more details.)

8. Is shipping to Switzerland possible?

Yes, it is. Simply select Switzerland in the "Country" field when entering the delivery address. (Please note that delivery times may vary. See the section "Production and Delivery Times" for more details.)
